Daniel Crapps
Daniel CrappsDaniel Crapps has been in the real estate business since 1973 and a dominant broker in the North Central Florida market with over $1,000,000,000 in sales. His vast experience includes the acquisitions of large tracts of land in Georgia and Florida plus involvement in commercial and residential developments. He is committed to making North Central Florida a better place to live by being involved in the community and serving on several boards. Daniel is married and currently has three grandsons.
Chuck Davis
Chuck DavisChuck Davis born in Savannah Georgia where he was a General Contractor then moved to Florida in 1987 where he began his real estate career in land sales. Prior to joining The Acreage Division of DCA he was Director of Sales with Madison Timberlands. Chuck has been involved in the sale of over 452,620 acres in his career. Chuck is single and has two grandchildren by his son who is currently serving in the US Navy.
Baynard Ward
Baynard WardBaynard Ward is a native Floridian born and reared in Suwannee County, Florida. Baynard became a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker in 1974 and has 44 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. He is currently as licensed broker in Florida and Georgia.
Baynard was raised on a farm and has experience in row crops, pasture and hay production, beef cattle, and timber. He was employed with Star Petroleum Corporation for six years with responsibilities that included oil and gas lease acquisition, title work and damage settlements. Some of Baynard’s clients include Champion Realty Corporation (a subsidiary of Champion International), Nature Conservancy, Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Tenneco Packaging Corporation (formerly Packaging Corporation of America). In 1986, Baynard joined the Daniel Crapps Agency of Georgia, Inc. and was instrumental in developing the Farms & Acreage division of the agency. During that time, he has represented several large timber companies in disposing of their properties. To date, he has personally been involved in the sale of over 380,675 acres of land in Florida and Georgia. Baynard has served as President of the Lake City Board of Realtors and has also served on the Board of Directors. At the request of Champion Realty, Baynard served four years on the board of supervisors of the Crossings at Fleming Island Community Development District in Clay County, Florida.
